Our Story: Powering Denver Since 1986
Applied Electric Inc. is a locally owned, small business established by our President, Jim Slotnick in 1986. Current ownership is comprised of Jim Slotnick and Guy Marquardt. Guy brought with him years of commercial experience and will eventually take over the company. Our team of qualified technicians has allowed us to work with local and national builders and general contractors. Our areas of expertise include single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, custom homes and remodeling, service changes, commercial TI, medical, and retail projects.
